An exceptionally well-made pair of vintage diamond earrings dating to circa the 1960s, crafted in 18 karat yellow and white gold and pavé set with a superb collection-quality selection of natural round full-cut diamonds. The diamonds are exceptionally well matched throughout, ranging F–G in color and VS1 in clarity, with remarkable consistency from stone to stone. The broad diamond-set fronts are framed by a distinctive scalloped fringe border in polished yellow gold, giving the earrings a substantial and beautifully finished appearance. They are fitted with posts and Omega backs, and all purity stamps are present and legible.
