An iconic and instantly recognizable design by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co., these original Puffed Heart earrings are crafted in substantial 18 karat yellow gold and are the largest size produced in this design. Their softly sculpted, dimensional form captures Peretti’s signature organic approach to design, while the high-polish finish gives the earrings a striking presence on the ear. Measuring approximately 1 inch in diameter, they have excellent scale and a substantial combined weight of 14.8 grams. The earrings are fitted with secure omega backs (posts can be added), and all Tiffany & Co. maker’s marks and gold purity stamps are present and clearly legible.
