Vintage Platinum Diamond Sapphire Clover Brooch Pendant BURMA No Heat GIA 12.40c

A fabulous piece circa the early 1950s done in platinum and set with approximately 8.40ctw in G-H color Vs1-2 clarity baguette diamonds with the center stone being an old European cut round weighing approximately .80ct. The center stone is J color and Vs2 clarity. The most important part of this piece however, are the four central pair shaped sapphires. They weigh approximately 1ct each and are Burmese in origin and having no treatment for color. Having four matching stones of that size in the same piece with that origin is something of a rarity. This brooch also has a bale in the back so that it can be worn on a chain as a pendant. The sale of this piece is accompanied by the original GIA laboratory report.
