A stunning pair of period earrings c. the late 1920’s done with platinum tops and 14K yellow gold backings (backs have been replaced). They are bezel set with large .40ct+ each old mine cut diamonds as well as smaller bead set mine cuts in between. All stones are H-J color and Vs2-Si1 in clarity with a total approximate weight of 4.80cttw. Each earring is set with an oval natural amethyst having a combined weight of approximately 9cttw.
Earrings measure 1” by .95” and weigh 14g. They are pierced with omega backs.
All stones are secure and in perfectly wearable condition.
