It is beautifully done in 18K yellow gold with the main focal point being a beautiful high relief carnelian cameo surrounded by beautifully enameled flowers, pearls and .55cttw in diamonds. The piece is signed, but no attributable maker.
Piece measures 3.25” by 1.75” and weighs 33g.
All stones are secure and in perfectly wearable condition. Makers marks and purity stamps are present and legible.
