18K Cabochon Ruby Baguette Round Diamond Cocktail Ring GIA No Heat 7.40ctw

An exceptional, vintage, Italian-made cocktail ring circa the 1990’s done in 18K yellow gold and centered by a high-topped, cabochon ruby of natural color (no heat) weighing approximately 4ct. Surrounding the center stone is approximately 3.40ctw in F-G color Vs1+ clarity round and baguette diamonds. This ruby does exhibit both the Burmese color as well as very strong fluorescence, but the laboratory was unable to determine country of origin.
